Asia Pacific Telecommunications Limited ("APT") is a telecommunications company incorporated in Hong Kong. By developing IPRS (International Premium Rate Service) termination agreement with appropriate sovereign Governments and telecommunications companies, APT is able to obtain equitable call revenue income with adequate margin to exceed the Bureau, Information Provider and other costs involved in operating such a business.

APT has an agreement with one of the largest IPRS Telemedia Bureaus in the world, VISL, which has offices in Hong Kong. The Bureau has established strategic business relationship with numerous Information Providers (IP's) who advertise IPRS service provision in the print and television media. These advertisements generate IPRS traffic by generating international telephone calls from the service user (customer) to the termination points. APT's revenue is generated from the termination of such calls, payment being through the international telephone accounting settlement process.
